By booking any tour, shuttle service, or experience with Sunset Viaje, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Full payment is typically required at least 14 days before the start of multi-day tours.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type. Please refer to our Cancellation & Changes page for detailed information on cancellation deadlines and refund policies.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Sunset Viaje is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip interruption, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition for their chosen activities. Some tours and experiences involve physical exertion, hiking, or exposure to outdoor elements. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, travel inherently involves some risk. Sunset Viaje acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers). We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Sunset Viaje reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives. No refunds will be issued for minor itinerary changes.

8. Conduct

We expect all travelers to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and local communities. Sunset Viaje reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or dangerous, without refund.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary information for booking and communication purposes.
